It is way past time we do something about the Dream Act! This is the legislation that will allow children of undocumented youth go to school or serve in the military! These young people are asking for a chance to live the American Dream, and to break the chain of poverty!
This law will help youth between the age of 12 and 35. They will need to have completed two years in college or the military. They will then be able to work in the country. After payment of a huge fine which could equal $3 billion to the treasury. It is not amnesty and it takes a long time to get the job done!
Let’s stop the school-yard to prison-yard cycle.
